I used a netipot 4 months ago and got tinnitus on left ear the next day . is it possible i might of damaged my ear ? or irritated middle ear ? my ent doctor said my ears are ok and possibly i might have hearing loss . what can i do ? will it heal ?

I do not think you caused any damage as even if the water got in it would get absorbed over time. After an exam by an ENT there should be no ifs about hearing loss. Either you have it or you dont. If you hear well then do nothing.
