I had a microdisectomy 7 months ago and after surgery pain is zero but i had a csf leak and resurgery was done after 1 month. after surgery toe walk on right leg is difficult and while walking i am limping , its a big concern for me effecting mentaly?

Since your post-operative complications continue to affect you profoundly, suggest you pursue some further help. To assess what is occurring with the right leg, an EMG test can evaluate lumbosacral radiculopathy and peripheral nerve dysfunction. A number of rehab measures may be useful. See a physiatrist or a neurologist.
