Had microfracture knee surgery 3 days ago. i'm in a knee immobilizer with toe touch weight bearing. can i walk with my foot down?

Non weight bearing: If you had a micro fracture, typically the patient is non weight bearing for 6weeks. If you load your knee prematurely the region that received the micro fracture could collapse. It's ok to have your foot down while using the crutches.

Knee surgery: You should consult your doctor before attempting that. A huge part of microfracture surgery is the compliance and patience of the patient. Follow your doctor's orders to the letter and you will do fine - don't and you could be very sorry
