This is a minimally abnormal pap that does not suggest cancer but needs follow up if persistent. If they did or can do HPV testing and that is negative then you have nothing to worry about and continue routine screening in about 3 years. Your other option is to repeat the pap in a year which is also what you should do if the HPV were positive. Endometrial cells are normal at your age
