As Dr Singh advised, you can seek treatment from a dental school where the fees are reduced. You may also contact your local dental society for guidance regarding low cost care. These cavities did not develop overnight... your other issues have prevented you from properly maintaining good oral health and proper dental care for several years. Seek treatments for your overall health.
