Depends. Hydroceles are body fluid in the sleeve of tissue that guides the testis down from near the kidneys where they form to the proper position in the scrotum. If they increase and decrease in size it means a direct connection to the abdomen remains & a risk of a hernia is present. If they are small & produce no symptoms, they can be ignored. Please review your case with your doctor.
