Over the counter home “gut biome“ tests have not been shown to be useful in truly measuring how are your gut is doing. The gut biome itself is definitely important in how the body functions, but these tests do not guide us in knowing what to recommend. Despite being a gastroenterologist, it is impossible for me to interpret these results in a scientifically useful way. Good luck.
