This many rbcs in urine is NEVER normal. Go to uptodate.com and read more. Then discuss with your Drs. Causes can be quite different in Egypt than in US and other areas. Flukes would be one cause to consider but I have not practiced in Egypt. Keep a pee diary as first guess is BPH with bladder bleeding. Then bladder cancer at your age. But just guessing as cannot talk to or examine you.

I had a urine exam early May in which I had uric acid crystals. Then in late June I had a blood uric acid exam which was normal at 4.0. Does this mean I have gout or had it but it resolved? Had a few symptoms before but now seem gone?
