Have a mri with contrast for pineal gland check up since i have cyst of 0.4 just checking it yearly then we found out that one side is getting smaller than the other side of the brain ( refering to right side) , should i worry?

You need to be under the care of a neurologist who is following serial studies and has actual eyes on them. In my practice of Neurology, I always wanted to see the MRIs myself, and often would have benefit of an interpreting neuroradiologist to make decisions accordingly with my patients
