Can a pineal gland cyst cause seizures? i have deja vu more often than normal and cyst is only thing on mri.

Cyst coincidental: The cyst does not cause your seizures which seem of complex partial character. Looked at your meds, and am perplexed why you are not taking an anti-epileptic drug, which is very much needed to control your spells. Do you have a neurologist? Leave the cyst alone, currently and concentrate on stopping the spells.
