Can someone please help me with these mri results? it seems like a cyst, but then why do they use the word neoplasm? "8 mm thin-walled cyst within the pineal gland. no abnormal enhancement. simple 8 mm cyst within the high neoplasm.?

Pineal cysts, although uncommon, are typically benign and certainly not cancerous. Would suggest, in view of the unusual wording, discuss the significance with the radiologist. This may involve a mere transcription event.
