I am currently 30 weeks pregnant, and work at a daycare. the other teachers were yelling to the top of their lungs at the children with me in the room and sometimes the kids were yelling to the top of their lungs. can this affect the hearing of baby?

Baby is too well insulated with membranes, fluid in the uterus and your body for this stuff to matter. You might consider ear plugs for your own protection.
