My 14 son said he got small white bumps on his testicles and then a lump appeared in the pubic area, its small, doesn't really hurt. but at sometimes if he pinches it ,it stings pretty badly but very rarely he says. is this hpv that caused something?

I think you meant white bumps on the SCROTUM and pubic area, not on the testicles. Those are likely fordyce spots, not HPV lesions, nothing to worry and your son should not pinch it. Take care!

From this description -not HPV. wash area with soap and water. and see doc for treatment for the area has to be examined for treatment
