Assume you truly have pinworm, as long as you wash your hands with soap after using the rest room and avoid touching your behind, there is no need to put yourself in quarantine. Re-infestation is still a risk so you should take another dose of mebendazole in 2 weeks. However, I still wonder if you can really saw one tiny pinworm in the stool which is considered difficult to recognize.
