Hard to speculate: Pinworms are threadlike/white parasites that are rarely if ever seen. Vegetative dietary debris is often mistaken for these worms. Their carcus would have shed weeks ago if they were killed in your treatment.

Pinworms: I agree with Dr. Ferguson. The medication would likely have paralyzed the worms & they would have passed out of your system sooner.
