Watch the lesion for now without repeatedly touching it. If the lump is benign, it should get smaller and resolve within a week or so. You can apply warm compress if the lump becomes tender. It could be a pimple or a cyst. You should see a GYN doctor for a thorough exam if the lump persists or even gets bigger after one week. Good luck!
