A member asked:

My testicles sometimes rotate 180degrees. they either go back themselves or i twist them back. no pain though. is this testicular torsion caused by bell clappers? or is this completely normal? i have read both and want a better answer. thanks?

The normal testicle can rotate 90-180 and have some blood flow compromise. If this is happening frequently would follow up with urology as they may be able to tack the testicle down. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/12544339/ https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/16406900/

testicles are very mobile. As long as they come back to the normal position there is nothing to worry about and nothing wrong. To prevent that you can wear a support underwear. Pl do not get involved in what is online for you will be misinformed and confused. online
