Can a person just have severe lower back pain during testicular torsion or pain in testicles is always there due to the cut in blood supply?

Testicular torsion causes pain in the scrotum (testicular area), not the back. Abdominal pain and/or vomiting can occur with the testicular pain. If you think you have this, you should contact your doctor and be examined if the doctor thinks you may have this after asking you more questions.
