Brush TWICE: Excellent question--great to see you are interested in good home care. British medical journal (may 2010) noted "70% higher incidence in heart disease if not brushing twice a day"! this was done studying 11, 000 scottish adults. Flossing is also important, as you are likely to lose gum and bone support over time, then lose teeth. "2bs, 1f": brush 2x, floss 1x daily to get an a+ in home care!
