I have multiple feelable lymph nodes all over my body in pairs. my doctor said they feel fine but they feel above 5mm to me so how could they be. she said there likley feelable due to me being slim. but why likley if shes sure to what she felt?

My doctor told me that my lymph nodes feel fine and she said that they are likley feelable due to my slim build. But why would she have said likley? They can only be one or the other? As if they where because of my slim build theyd then be below 1cm?
