Conditions other than UTI can cause increased urine WBC, either clumped or not. Vaginal infections are a common explanation.

( high growth of clumped cell is not a customary culture report but can be on urinalasis which could be from contamination if culture shos no growth

Been dealing with UTI symptoms since August. I went in 9/2 UA showed UTI, as well as culture. Leukocytes were present so were squamous cells. Fast forward , UA still shows Leukocytes and squamous cells were now many. But no UTI, do have appt with ur?
