A NAT test or RNA is conclusive and can detect HIV antibody - antigen in 18 - 45 days. Any disease that affects your immune system can subject you to other infections. HIV positive cases have a higher malaria associated antibodies present than negative ones.

The "third generation" HIV blood tests almost always are positive within 6 weeks and always are conclusive by 8 weeks after the last possible exposure. HIV does not increase the risk of catching covid or malaria, but they can be worse in people with longstanding HIV infection. Clearly you do not have HIV, no matter what your symptoms are.
