There is no way to avoid a rare false + or false negative. They just happen, Repeating the test is the best way to avoid this.

There are no medical conditions or drugs that have any effect at all on reliability or timing of the HIV AgAb (4th generation, "combo") blood tests, including Covid 19. Your negative test result is conclusive.
