MRV’s are done, generally, with contrast. Since your MRV was done w/o contrast, I don’t know if the image would show if there was damage to blood vessels as an image with contrast. Ask Physician about your concerns.

Following a head injury, if there is a suspicion of damage to arteries such as dissection, CT angiography or MRA/MRV studies are performed. Contrast is almost always used. Suggest you discuss your results with your interpreting radiologist to reassure yourself. Studies can always be repeated if appropriate.
