Your post does not provide enough information to speculate on whether you will or won't have problems. The wording for the MRI says it is normal, a good thing. How/why you believe your vessels are shrunk is not clear. The docs who know all of your history/exam and test findings may have enough data to provide you some guidance.

Am perplexed by your post, as what you describe, "blood vessels are shrunk" has no clear correlative relevance, especially in presence of a normal MRI. You appear to have some symptomatic problems which may be best to expand upon, via a virtual consult on HT. (www.connect@healthtap.com).
