I have lupus & if i have too much sun exposure (even if i wore sunscreen & hydrated)several hours later my head feels really weird like i'm disoriented &everything is in slow motion.almost feels my blood vessels in brain are swollen? is that possible

Uncommon, possible: People with Lupus can have sun sensitivity with primarily dermatitis, but reviewing literature, sun exposure can be an exacerbating factor for Lupus and inflammatory reactions in other organ systems. Be careful with sun exposure and be sure to follow with your rheumatologist to asses the level of activity of your lupus.
