Increase your fluid intake, but not caffeinated beverages as that can cause loss of fluids in the body. If you are in pain, or if this continues despite what you are doing with increased fiber and increased fluids, or if you are in pain, please contact your doctor for an examination of your abdomen and further work-up if needed.

Sounds like your instinct to add extra fiber to your diet was a good start. In addition, you have to be sure that you are well hydrated. I would consider adding a fiber supplement such as Metamucil once a day, and drink enough liquids that your urine is very pale. If this does not help within a few weeks, you should see your primary doctor for further advice. Good luck.
