3F: Fluids, fruits and fiber are a good start in the battle with constipation. A big glass of orange juice, along with 2 servings of fruit {avoid bananas) will help. Find cereal that you like that is high in dietary fiber. Read labels and compare in the grocery, where there are plenty of options. Similar meals throughout the day, plus veggies, should help. Otherwise, check with your doctor!
