Exam needed: If a urinalysis and microscopic examination of your clean catch urine confirms the presence of blood and if a culture and colony count doesn't show an infection, I feel that you should have an examination of your urinary bladder via either a cystoscopy or an ultrasound. Concern would be for a bladder tumor. Consult a urologist who will see that appropriate tests are done.
