There is no reason to be worried here. Stools can be irregular, with no concerns. If you are hungry, go ahead and eat. You will notice that your bowel habits will return to normal on their own. Sometimes it helps to increase the amount of fiber in the diet, along with maintaining adequate hydration. Drink plenty of fluids. Good luck.
