Lexi stress test heart rate went up. blood pressure went down to 80/60. they did the pictures. now they want more during resting. i just got the tracer shot again. said they need to see if the blood pumps the same way. what does it mean?

Stress test is positive for coronary artery disease if blood pressure drops during the test. So you likely have CAD and an ischemic area should be detected in the first phase; so the next step they want to see in that ischemic area is reversible (area is perfused with rest) or irreversible (no perfusion at rest, that area is dead). If the ischemic area is reversible, you will need a heart cath.

I feel a bit confused. My cardiologist had me do 48 hour halter monitor, blood tests stress echocardiogram, resting echo and ECGs. He said my heart was fine. Would this mean it would be very unlikely that I have CAD?
Echo, X-ray, blood work, stress test all normal. Will take CCBs for the PVCs but worried about lowering heart rate at rest (avg rest rate 53).
I have an Apple Watch that regularly records my resting heart rate in the 50s. I am not an athlete, this seems low. I did have holter monitor/stress test/bloods recently & was normal. Sometimes I get dizzy should I go back to Dr?
Heart rate goes to 44 at rest laid down sometimes, ecg, holter, stress ecg, echo, cardiac mri all normal. Bloods normal. Any further testing or normal? Not athletic. Increases when I move around and exercise.
