Lexi stress test heart rate went up. blood pressure went down to 80/60. they did the pictures. now they want more during resting. i just got the tracer shot again. said they need to see if the blood pumps the same way. what does it mean?

Stress test is positive for coronary artery disease if blood pressure drops during the test. So you likely have CAD and an ischemic area should be detected in the first phase; so the next step they want to see in that ischemic area is reversible (area is perfused with rest) or irreversible (no perfusion at rest, that area is dead). If the ischemic area is reversible, you will need a heart cath.
