Yes it an be Conn's and about 15% of all with HBP likely have it. Most in early stages can only be diagnosed hy doing an ARR. Visit hyperaldosteronism@groups.io and primaryaldosteronism.org to learn more. In advance cases K will h low and rarely Na high in blood.
