You have to stop this bad habit right away. If those symptoms persist and shortness of breath occurs, call 911. If you do not stop, sooner or later you will have a heart attack. Take care!

It is fully your choice if you wish to gamble with your future, but I too advise complete avoidance of this toxic agent. Highly likely that cardiac risks are very high, and it seems of value to have a relatively urgent visit with a physician ASAP. Appears that you would benefit from a drug rehabilitation program once cardiac issues are addressed.
