Can mild fibrosis of lungs can be diagnosed with x-ray? also is there any medications for it?

I don’t know, however, how do you know that you have fibrosis of lungs. Did a Physician tell you. Was an X-ray, CT scan taken. Please ask your treating Physician about your concerns.

No, a chest X-ray will be suboptimal for diagnosis of lung fibrosis. There are newer treatments for fibrosis guided by possible causes as fibrosis involves a spectrum of conditions.
