Probably she is no longer infectious. Even early in an outbreak, "a small kiss" is not high risk. I wouldn't worry about it -- but of course see your doctor if you start to develop symptoms in the next few days. In the future, your gf can stop oral herpes outbreaks within 1-3 days with a large dose of valacyclovir (2 grams) as soon as she notices the first sign. She can ask doc for prescription.
