Keppra generally does not lower iron levels. Very rarely it could contribute to bleeding . If you see Black, bloody , or tarry looking stools, you should report that to your physician immediately. Otherwise, it should not affect your iron levels at all. Good luck.

Keppra is not known to lower iron. In case iron is low workup and oral replacement is usually needed under the care of your doc.
