Multiple medications can prolong the QT interval, but truly unlikely to result in arrhythmias in vast majority of cases. As long as your anti epileptic medications are within therapy levels, there should be no adverse outcomes from your antidepressants. Your emotional issues are best addressed in part by a cognitive-behavioural therapy approach. Medications alone may be only partially helpful.

Your situation sounds very complex and difficult. You may benefit from multidisciplinary care at a dedicated MS clinic. I know they exist where you live.
