Quniolones & Fe: Some formulations of iron may decrease absorption of oral quinolones (e.g. Levofloxacin). This problem can be averted by taking this antibiotic 2 hours before or 6 hours after taking the iron supplement. Keppra (levetiracetam) has minimal drugdrug interactions and should be taken at the same time daily.
