Biliary disease: The liver is located on the right side, just under and a little beyond the lower rib cage-you may actually be able to feel it if you reach in under that area.If you have jaundice it could be from your Gilbert's, but I would still get a set of liver tests (LFTs) to see if anything has changed. An ultrasound may also be a good idea, if you have pain after eating-that may indicate a gallbladder prob.
