The besr answer to this question would depend on your children... If any of them are infants under 6 m, or immunocompromised, or special needs, or have high risk medical conditions such as asthma or heart/kidney problems, then continue masking until you are negative. If they are all healthy, medically normal children, and you are symptom free, fever free, then you can unmask at day 10.

I would continue to mask. Cant hurt and may save someone from getting sick and dying but you cabn weight those risks and benefits and decide.

It would be best to mask until you are negative. You are most likely still contagious if your rapid test is still positive. A PCR test can be positive for months and doesn’t mean you’re still contagious, but it sounds like you’re doing rapid tests.
