My coworker's spouse and children tested positive for covid19 and is still coming to work every day. testing this coworker once means nothing as they are caring for their family. what are recommendations for this?

Self-isolate!: Your coworker should be self-isolating at home. If s/he insists on coming to work, make sure his or her supervisor is aware and takes steps to protect others, perhaps not permitting him/her to remain at the workplace. If and when there, s/he must never be without a mask. No shared small rooms with other persons. Of course masks, distancing, and frequent hand washing for you and other coworkers.
