What is the best way to treat malignant gliosis?

Not sure what you mean by malignant gliosis, but most doctors would think of a brain malignancy, a glioma, which can be slow or fast-growing and the higher grades cause rapid demise. Often surgically decompressing and debulking provide time and remission, but usually, radiation and chemotherapy are minimally helpful.

The best plan can be designed by an oncologist specializing in brain tumors. Among modalities currently used surgery, radiation, chemo and immunotherapy, Optune if available remain the main modalities used for treatment. Prognosis has improved significantly over the last decades, remains a life limiting disease.
