No risk: Remove it if inflamed, painful, ugly, or just because you hate it. NEVER malignant. Perfectly safe to ignore it. It is tax-free. Exactly where is it? Size? Tender? If punctured and drained, it will grow back. Removal is best if the entire capsule is delivered intact.
