You would be able to have an ERCP and remove any stones in the bile duct. They would pass the scope-under sedation-through whatever is left of the stomach into the intestine and then into the duct. You would be sleeping so you wouldn’t have any discomfort. See your GI doctor to have the procedure. Good luck!

Performing an ERCP in a patient is challenging as landmarks for cannullation may be difficult. If you require this procedure to be performed, I'd recommend only a physician who has experience in such patients and you may have to go to a university hospital to get such a specialist.

This may be possible but depends on the anatomy left behind after the surgery. Only very experienced ERCPists would even attempt it. This may require referral to a tertiary care center specializing in difficult ERCP.
