You need to see a doctor ASAP. You should see a GI doctor right away-you will need a colonoscopy and possibly an upper endoscopy to find out what is bleeding so it can be treated. If you are having dizziness, shortness of breath, chest pain or any other symptom like that, then go to the nearest ER. You may end up with anemia from the blood loss and need emergent treatment. Don’t wait! Good luck!

Seeking medical attention timely will be critical as the constant bleed will cause further complications. Best will be to start with your primary care doc who can further coordinate locally, an urgent care should be considered if not established with a doc.
