Every time i get a sinus infection i have this weird, almost sweet but yet, annoyingly sweet smell in my nose. its with every infection ive had since 2018. ive had drs tell me its normal live with it. i dont want to live with it?

Sinus infections are usually triggered by upper respiratory viral infections. Get Covid and Flu vaccinations. Using a mask in public places will protect against respiratory infection and prevent sinus infections. Doing steam inhalation to help in clearing out the sinuses may shorten the time you experience this smell.
