Sinus inf in baby: If your baby is owrse in the symptoms he or she is having then it probably is. You should talk to your pediatrician. Some sinus infections are viral&don't need antibiotics & do get beter on their own, however if the baby is worse the doctor should be able to tell you what else you can do after the exam.
