See your Doc: Keep the wound clean as possible. Get a hold of the office that treated you ASAP. Since it's only been two days they'll probably want to replace the loose suture if it is torn at all.

Head butt: Ok, take a look at the wound. Are the edges of skin touching each other? Is there a space large enough to slip a dime into? One loose stitch is no problem as long as the wound looks ok and you're not seeing a gap in the skin. If there is any question, we are happy to look at it in a Prime visit with photos! Sorry about the head butt! Those hurt!
