Have you been evaluated by a gastroenterologist and undergone a gastroscopy? Been checked for h pylori? Abstaining from alcohol & not drinking caffeine products? Not taking anti-inflammatory meds like ibuprofen or naproxen? Not smoking? Is your hiatal hernia felt to be a factor? Need a second opinion by a gastroenterologist at a department of gastroenterology at a university hospital ?
