I have small white bumps all over the upper part of my chest. i just noticed today. i'm an asthmatic patient and have ibs as well as a hiatal hernia and back and knee pain. i have no itchy or burning from the spots. what may it be?

Skin outbreaks limited to a single area are often an allergic response to some agent that came in contact. It might be a liquid, a cream. a soap, a splashed material or one applied on purpose. Most will self correct over time with no special action. It likely has nothing to do with the other problems.
